DESCRIPTION:

The experimental ensemble EIAPUF from the Elementary School of Art Exnárova (Bratislava), will perform under the baton of Tibor Feledi a memorial concert on the occasion of the death anniversary of the Slovak “intermedia” artist Milan Adamčiak. The programme is set up of his compositions, supplemented by works by the world composers of related genre – John Cage and Cornelius Cardew. These artists have one thing in common and that´s an identic experimental line in the field of musical creation with specific graphical scores and experimental conceptions as common features (2nd half of 20th century). USA, UK and Slovakia thus musically “meet” in the unique world of artistic experiments.

ADAMČIAK IN CAGE

Experimentálny súbor EIAPUF zo ZUŠ Exnárova, pod taktovkou Mgr. Tibora
Felediho, uvedie spomienkový koncert, pri príležitosti výročia úmrtia
Slovenského intermediálneho umelca Milana Adamčiaka. Program pozostáva z výberu Adamčiakových kompozícií, doplnený o diela jemu blízkych svetových skladateľov Johna Cagea a Corneliusa Cardewa. Týchto umelcov spája jednotná experimentálna línia prepájajúc USA – UK – SK, ktorej spoločnými prvkami sú grafické partitúry a experimentálne koncepty, druhej polovice 20. storočia.

Milan Adamčiak (*1946 † 16. január 2017) – pre niekoho kuriózna figúrka bratislavských ulíc a kaviarní, pre iného jeden z najprogresívnejších slovenských umelcov posledných dvadsiatich tridsiatich rokov.
Milan Adamčiak nás opustil 16. januára 2017.
Milan Adamčiak, hudobný vedec, výtvarník, básnik, performer, umelec, zberateľ, alternatívec.
Milan Adamčiak je žijúca legenda i bojovník proti všetkým legendám.
Milan Adamčiak = desiatky vystúpení, výstav, provokatívnych vyhlásení, stiskov rúk, obdivu, ohovárania, vďaky, úsmevov, slz, potlesku, otvárania očí, uší a ďalších zmyslov.
