DESCRIPTION:

The experimental ensemble EIAPUF from the Elementary School of Art Exnárova (Bratislava), will perform under the baton of Tibor Feledi a memorial concert on the occasion of the death anniversary of the Slovak “intermedia” artist Milan Adamčiak. The programme is set up of his compositions, supplemented by works by the world composers of related genre – John Cage and Cornelius Cardew. These artists have one thing in common and that´s an identic experimental line in the field of musical creation with specific graphical scores and experimental conceptions as common features (2nd half of 20th century). USA, UK and Slovakia thus musically “meet” in the unique world of artistic experiments.

Milan Adamčiak (*1946 † 16th January 2017)
-might be for somebody a strange and curious figure of Bratislava streets and cafés but for someone else he might be one of the most progressive Slovak artists of the last 20 – 30 years.

Felediho, uvedie spomienkový koncert, pri príležitosti výročia úmrtia
Slovenského intermediálneho umelca Milana Adamčiaka. Program pozostáva z výberu Adamčiakových kompozícií, doplnený o diela jemu blízkych svetových skladateľov Johna Cagea a Corneliusa Cardewa. Týchto umelcov spája jednotná experimentálna línia prepájajúc USA – UK – SK, ktorej spoločnými prvkami sú grafické partitúry a experimentálne koncepty, druhej polovice 20. storočia.

Medzinárodná porota so sídlom v Annecy (Francúzsko) vybrala zo 130 kompozícií 7, ktoré postúpili do verejného hlasovania. Verejné koncerty sa uskutočnia do konca marca 2020 a vyhlási sa víťaz PRIX LUIGI RUSSOLO 2019. Koncerty: Dublin, Edinburgh, Praha, Annecy, Moskva, Bratislava, Atény, Miláno, Paríž, Madrid, Ženeva, Tokyo.
